We recommend that you pre-book your reservations on each visit to ensure your desired day and time.
Late & Cancellation- We request a 24 hour notice of cancellation for services; this ensures that another guest may have an opportunity to take this time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a service fee. Extreme cases may require that a guest will no longer be able to book reservations in advance only to be served as a walk-in guest. Late arrivals may not always be able to be serviced. Please be courteous to all other guests as well as your stylist to ensure prompt service.

For consideration to all guests please limit cell phone use within the salon. Children need to be attended to all at times; we ask that no children under the age of 15 (unless being serviced) be left unattended. The salon is not always a safe environment for unattended children. We also have spa services going on in the salon and this can often be distracting for other guests.

Gift cards may only be used for services and retail products. No cash refunds will be given on gift cards. We strive to deliver the best customer experience at Anazao. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service or product you received during your visit to Anazao Salon please contact guest relations. If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing redos is that you call to schedule the redo within 10 days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another technician.

*Please note, services received by our interns are not guaranteed. Our salon stylists will not provide you with a redo for an intern service. You must schedule the redo with the intern who originally provided you with the service.

Personal information
Personal information you provide to us either online or within the salon is solely for use by Anazao Salon and Aveda Corporation. It will not be traded or given to other third-party companies for marketing or data collection usage. Your personal information may be released to any agency if it is required for compliance to any applicable state or federal law. If you decide to become a member of our mailing list by joining within our website you will be instructed to opt-in before receiving any e-mail. Once you’re opted-in we will only use the e-mail you provided to send occasional newsletters, offers or invitation to special events.

Online purchases
Any sensitive data entered while making purchases at our “Instant online gift certificate” link is handled by a secure server for the duration necessary to complete the transaction. Our “Shop Aveda” link connects directly to the Aveda website. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites that our site may link to including, without limitation, Aveda.com.

Business Transfers
In the event that ownership of Anazao Salon is sold, assets of the business would likely include its client data information. In such transactions; user information, including personally identifiable information, generally is one of the transferred business assets. By submitting your personal information on the site you agree that your data may be transferred to such parties in these circumstances.
